About this week’s guests:
Emily Sullivan is the owner and lead destination planner of Emily Sullivan Events, specializing in extraordinary celebrations throughout the South. Emily’s passion for New Orleans and entertaining make her an exceptional planner, but her candor and affability make her popular amongst couples and vendors alike. Eager to share her expertise, Emily is a regular on local television, as well the national conference circuit. Emily has been recognized by several wedding industry publications for her achievements, including The Knot, Weddings Unveiled, Southern Weddings, Style Me Pretty and Catersource. 

Stephanie Baker joined the Creole Cuisine Special Events and Catering family in 2011 as the Operations Manager of Bourbon Vieux with a strong background in event operations having produced and operated events for several venues across the country. She transitioned into catering sales in 2014, quickly realizing her passion for weddings and in less than a year was promoted to wedding sales manager for Broussard’s Restaurant. With her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm and collected demeanor while under pressure, she was the perfect fit for the opulent new wedding venue, Marche which opened in May of 2016. Stephanie is currently serving as Vice President of the WIPA New Orleans & Gulf South Chapter and has served on the ILEA New Orleans board in the past, still remaining an active member. She enjoys building invaluable peer relationships, along with continuously learning from the education which these organization offer.
